This is an independent public-data tracker, not an official Mission 300 dashboard. It estimates the electricity access gap across Mission 300 National Energy Compact countries using the latest available public data on population, electricity access rates, compact targets, and Mission 300 progress updates.
People without electricity are estimated as:
Total population × (1 − electricity access rate)
Required access pace is calculated as the average number of people who would need to gain access each year to reach the 2030 target. Where explicit country compact targets are available, they are used. Where targets are incomplete or not directly comparable, the required pace is approximated and marked with an asterisk (*).
Country status is classified by comparing the required pace to recent access expansion trends. The tracker is intended as a directional delivery-intelligence tool to support discussion on where progress is moving fast enough, and where the 2030 delivery challenge remains most concentrated.
